His focus encompasses shaping policies and legislations concerning data, artificial intelligence utilization, governance of digital platforms, online safety, and digital trade.

In his previous role at the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy, Ashish played a pivotal role in providing technical assistance to the Indian Ministry of Finance. His expertise contributed to the regulation of financial products, digital payments, and the enhancement of consumer protection measures.
