Prerna Wadikar

Weidenfeld, Saïd, Oxford, Hoffmann and Lincoln Scholar

Prerna is a polymath with an impressive portfolio career in leadership roles across multinationals, philanthropies, and governments in Africa, Asia, Europe, and 25 states in India.

 

She currently serves as the Program Director at the School of Ultimate Leadership, an institution dedicated to strengthening public service leadership in India. She pioneered institutional ESG (Environmental Social & Governance) education in India at establishments of national importance. Notably, she conducts executive ESG courses for senior working professionals at IIM Bangalore, the top B-school in the country.

She is also a board member at the Central British Fund for World Jewish Relief, operating in 20 countries. Additionally, she provides guidance to sustainable startups as a business advisor for German Accelerator and Founders Institute Germany.

 

Prerna is a postgraduate degree in Public Policy from IIM Bangalore, an MBA from Saïd Business School as a Weidenfeld, Oxford, Hoffmann, Lincoln, and Saïd scholar and has a specialization in sustainable finance from ESMT Berlin.

 

Besides being the first female MBA recipient of the Oxford Vice Chancellor’s Social Impact Award, Prerna has been recognised with the prestigious India-UK Achievers Award, an honour shared with other luminaries such as the ex-Prime Minister of India. She has also been awarded the Top 50 Asia Pacific Kindness and Leadership Leading Lights for her impactful contributions.
