Zainab held roles as a Program Officer, Human Rights Policy Analyst, and Manager (HIV, Health & Human Rights) at UNDP.

Later, she served as KPMG's Director of Inclusion & Diversity, and currently, she is the Lead Inclusion & Diversity at Pernod Ricard India.

Zainab is a results-oriented catalyst recognized for developing and implementing inclusive strategies across diverse sectors, including the UN, NGOs, and the private sector. Her expertise in LGBTIQ+ issues, women's empowerment, human rights, and inclusion and diversity has garnered recognition in India and the South/Southeast Asia region, where she is a community leader and public speaker.
