Vikas Mahendra is a distinguished arbitration specialist, renowned for his extensive experience as arbitrator and counsel across the globe. With a robust background in investment treaty and commercial arbitrations, Vikas has navigated the intricacies of disputes in diverse regions such as India, South-East Asia, Middle-East, Central America, Africa, Europe, and the UK. His expertise encompasses a wide array of cases conducted under prestigious arbitration rules, including UNCITRAL, ICC, SIAC, LCIA, QICCA, and the ICA.

Having honed his skills in Herbert Smith Freehills' London, Paris, and Singapore offices, Vikas brings a wealth of international perspective to his role at Keystone Partners. His focus extends to technology-related disputes, shareholder conflicts, and disputes arising from complex construction projects.

A sought-after speaker, Vikas is regularly invited to share his insights at conferences organized by esteemed institutions such as ICC, LCIA, SIAC, MCIA, CIArb, NITI Aayog, and Agami. Currently serving on a Sub-Committee formed by the Department of Justice, Government of India, Vikas contributes to enhancing e-Court Services in the country. His involvement in the High-Level Committee reviewing arbitration institutionalization and consultations with NITI Aayog showcase his commitment to shaping arbitration and dispute resolution policies.

As a Visiting Faculty for International Commercial Arbitration at the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, Vikas imparts his knowledge to the next generation.

Beyond academia, he co-founded Technology Enabled Resolution (TERES), leveraging AI and NLP for transcription and document management, and the Centre for Online Resolution of Disputes (CORD), striving to make resolution mechanisms more accessible through technology.
