She currently serves as the Head of Employee Relations at Credit Suisse, India. Prior to this, she has played a key role at JP Morgan Chase & Co.
Throughout her career, Poonam has successfully handled a wide range of employee-related matters, including conflict resolution, discrimination, workplace harassment, sexual harassment, and other work-related grievances. She is known for her exceptional interpersonal skills, which enables her to communicate effectively and empathetically with employees at all levels of an organisation.
