Ms. Noopur Singhal is a legal expert and dedicated social activist, specializing in the prevention and redressal of sexual harassment in the workplace. Serving as the Chairperson of the Local Committee under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013 for New Delhi District, for three terms, she has conducted thorough investigations into numerous cases of workplace sexual harassment.

Beyond her local commitments, Ms. Singhal holds the esteemed position of State President at the Uttar Pradesh Anti-Sexual Harassment Council for the Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI), a national organization empowering women entrepreneurs and professionals. A graduate of the Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, Ms. Singhal is deeply passionate about raising awareness and educating individuals about their rights and responsibilities.

In addition to her impactful roles, Ms. Singhal has actively worked with government authorities, leveraging her expertise to contribute to broader initiatives and future goals. As a visionary leader, she not only investigates cases but also actively shapes policies and strategies to create safer and more inclusive work environments. She has worked closely with the District Magistrate office in compliance of this legal mandate by bringing onboard the NGO’s for spreading awareness of POSH law among the unorganised sector and also for making random compliance checks within the organised sector.

Furthermore, Ms. Singhal's commitment to her cause is reflected in the establishment of her own firm, 'Sashaktam Mindz,' which provides training and consultancy on anti-sexual harassment laws and policies for organizations.
