As workplaces continue to evolve beyond physical office spaces, organisations are increasingly faced with new challenges relating to digital conduct, online harassment, and employee safety in virtual environments.

On 29th May 2026, Anvay hosted the 18th edition of its flagship knowledge-sharing series, Anvay Insights, featuring Adv. Sanjot Nutan as the speaker. The session focused on understanding modern forms of workplace sexual harassment in the digital age and the implications of online conduct on workplace safety and culture.

The discussion covered key aspects of digital sexual harassment, the impact of conduct occurring outside traditional workplaces, the responsibilities of Internal Committees during parallel police investigations, and the practical challenges associated with handling digital evidence during POSH inquiries.

The session highlighted the importance of adapting workplace policies, awareness initiatives, and investigation processes to address emerging risks in hybrid and remote work environments. Participants gained valuable insights into creating safer digital workplaces while ensuring compliance with the POSH Act and related legal frameworks.
